A joint venture between Belleterre Developments and Richpark Homes, Riverside Trail is a limited collection of 14 semi-detached homes by way of a common element condominium. Ideally situated in a ravine setting, we have had the opportunity to cultivate a more intimate neighbourhood tied to a true sense of connection – between neighbours, the community, and the land. Through significant table land restoration and low-impact development techniques we have preserved and fostered the health of local environments, and implemented innovative planning such as a Woonerf roadway – a shared street that prioritizes pedestrians – to facilitate a better sense of balance within the neighbourhood.
