Building The Future Of Affordable Housing In Miramichi
For over 30 years, Chatham Non-Profit Housing Inc. has been a cornerstone of the community, providing low-income families and individuals in the former Town of Chatham, New Brunswick with safe, secure housing solutions.
With the support of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) and the New Brunswick Provincial Government, Chatham Non-Profit Housing has developed and maintained housing across Chatham, combatting housing insecurity in vulnerable populations.
In early 2024, Chatham Non-Profit Housing joined forces with Belleterre Community Partners Inc. in order to continue to meet the growing needs of modern-day Miramichi residents. Backed by a legacy of 40 years of urban planning and affordable housing from Belleterre’s President, Blair Martin, the vision and impact of Chatham Non-Profit Housing will continue to help build a brighter future for New Brunswick.

Together, our partnership will continue the goals of Chatham Non-Profit Housing by expanding and modernizing the housing resources provided across Miramichi.
