Belleterre Community Partners has purchased 3,251 square metre former seniors home from the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure of the Government of New Brunswick. When completed in Q4 2025, the redevelopment will include up to 65 affordable and market rental apartment units, and a 420 square meter daycare. Municipal Plan and zoning by-law amendments to allow the proposed redevelopment were approved by the City of Miramichi in February 2024.
